/ Training Manager/Director

Serves all areas of the company with organization, development, administration, implementation, and evaluation of all training programs provided to staff members. Oversees planning and concept development. Outsources and/or purchases training programs, after thorough evaluation, when it is in the best interests of the organization. Ensures consistent application of training standards throughout the organization. Responsible for the development and implementation of training programs in accordance with company initiatives and strategies. Oversees the logistics of training sessions, including location and supplies. Manages and evaluates the trainer’s performance and the infrastructure of the training department.
