Typically a member of the Senior Leadership team, this position leads the organizational segment that is responsible for digital banking, payment services, and ATMs. Digital banking consists of mobile and Internet platforms. Payments consist of all aspects of payments ecosystem, including debit and credit cards, digital wallet, ACH, rewards, third-party processors and networks, and card fraud management. ATMs consist of proprietary machines, non-proprietary company-branded machines, first- and second-line service providers and third-party processors. Responsible for the strategy for every digital customer contact point.
