This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the institution’s card portfolios while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and strong financial performance. Develops and implements strategies to enhance card product offerings, improve customer or member experience, and expand card usage while maintaining sound operational controls.
