Responsible for building and deploying custom software components to enhance member experience. Solutions built in this role will encompass multiple technology disciplines and tools, and follow modern security best practices. As a Software Developer, you will gather requirements from business owners and produce code that concisely satisfies those requirements. Expected to have experience in designing and building either client or server applications, and an eagerness to learn both. Works with more senior members of the Development Team, learning new approaches to complex problems and building a foundation of good design and coding practices. Reports to the Director of Development and Innovation.
