Serves as the primary centralized lending officer for consumer-loan decisions. Receives and evaluates customer-loan requests. Acts as a resource for information regarding loan decisions, customer-loan inquiries, and company-lending products and services. Responsible for granting or denying loans within limits assigned and to provide the highest quality of service to customers. Attempts to maximize the number of service relationships the customer has with the organization. Often called a consumer loan officer. Typically has more than two years of experience and a higher level of production.
