Proposes, initiates and oversees all loan programs provided by the company. Ensures compliance of all organizational policy and regulatory requirements and administers them to minimize risk to the organization. Is ultimately responsible for the lending goals being set and achieved. Develops and oversees implementation of loan policies, products and strategies.
