Responsible for overall management and general direction of the company’s retail banking business. Assumes responsibility for accomplishment of plans and objectives for this business. Manages the Retail Banking unit to include deposits, loans, investments, and employees. This position also is responsible for building a sales culture within the Retail Banking structure and to provide full compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
