Provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for key organizational functions, ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission, growth strategy, and regulatory obligations. As a member of the executive leadership team, the EVP partners with the President/CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute enterprise-wide initiatives that drive financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional service to customers or members. This role leads multiple departments or business units, establishes organizational priorities, and ensures the institution maintains strong governance, compliance, and risk management standards consistent with the highly regulated banking and credit union environment. Plays a critical role in shaping long-term strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and strengthening relationships with regulators, community partners, and key stakeholders.
