This position will be responsible for overseeing all of the branches operations and effectively directing sales, service, and community outreach efforts. In collaboration with the CEO and senior management, the candidate will build the strategic plan for sales, service, and business development to achieve the institution’s overall growth objectives of expanding customer base, increasing loan-to-share ratio, and driving branch production. Typically reports to the Head of Retail.
