The General Counsel is responsible for managing and overseeing the legal functions of the credit union and working on legal, regulatory and business matters affecting the organization. Responsibilities include providing direct legal advice and support to the senior management team, business units and other support centers and advancing the interests of the credit union and its operations through the support of risk and compliance functions of the company.
